NEW EVENT MANAGEMENT FEATURES

Residents are now able to invite other residents to events, plus add names for external guests.

  • Simplifies and streamlines the invitation and RSVP process.
  • Automatically adds accepted events to My Events in the K4Community Plus App.
  • Eliminates duplicate signups and frees up spots when invitations are declined.
  • Ensures accurate event head counts for easier planning and logistics.

A NEW Comments Field is now available for residents during event sign-up.

  • Helps staff capture specific details directly from residents, reducing follow-up calls and questions.
  • Streamlines communications to ensure staff have the information they need upfront, making event preparation smoother and more accurate.
  • Residents feel heard and cared for with tailored questions relevant to each event improving the overall resident experience.

Staff now see IMPROVED Event Signup History. In K4Community Team Hub, the Events Manager Attendance Tracking allows staff to see when residents sign up for or withdraw from an event, and the last time a staff member moved a resident between a signup list and wait list. This improved feature allows staff to:

  • Manage event capacity and maximize attendance.
  • Plan for resources like food and transportation.
  • Ensure smooth operations and communication.

Managing Event Data is now easier, faster and more efficient! Staff are able to download Event Attendee Lists in .csv to customize the data view in Excel, Google Sheets, etc…, offering several improvements:

  • Easier Sorting and Filtering: Quickly organize data to find specific attendees or details.
  • Time-Saving: No need to scroll through static PDF pages—Excel lets you instantly locate and arrange information.
  • Enhanced Data Management: Exported data is editable, so you can add notes or update information as needed.

Room-to-Room Calling By Resident Name

Connecting with community friends has never been EASIER! This hands-free Voice feature:

  • Allows residents to call room-to-room through their Alexa-enabled device just by saying the resident’s name, rather than having to know or remember room numbers.
  • Makes it easier, quicker and more convenient for residents to connect with each other and stay engaged with their community. 

Submitting Work Orders

Using simple voice commands, residents can ask Alexa to request repairs or check on work requests.

  • “Alexa, my toilet is broken”, for example, will open a new work request and prompt a work order to begin.
  • “Alexa, show my work orders” will prompt an inquiry into the status of a work order in progress or completed.

Requests go directly into FusionOS, connecting with *DirectSupplyTELs or *Brightly The WorxHub, creating a streamlined workflow for residents and staff.

  • Increased Efficiency: Reduces the time staff spend processing requests manually, allowing them to focus on completing tasks.
  • Improved Resident Satisfaction: Residents have a seamless, user-friendly way to request assistance, leading to faster response times.

Alexa Usage Data Insights

NEW Team Hub Reports Community Insights Alexa Data Reports:

  • Provide an overview of resident Voice interactions with Alexa devices, showing usage patterns, frequency, and common requests.
  • Deliver insights so staff can better understand how residents engage with Alexa, helping tailor support, identify popular features, and enhance the resident experience.
  • Highlight opportunities to introduce new Alexa features, promote engagement, and improve resident satisfaction by aligning device usage with their interests and needs.

FusionOS Integration Spotlight: K4Connect Integrates Eventbrite to Streamline Event Promotions

Events created and updated in Eventbrite are automatically imported into K4Community Team Hub Events, keeping event information current in one place and updating across platforms. Residents who sign up for an event using the email address in their K4Community profile will see those signups under My Events in the Plus App. Signups are handled through an external URL via Eventbrite which requires an Eventbrite Account integrated with FusionOS.

NEW FUSIONOS INTEGRATIONS

New Integration: Twilio

When creating an announcement in K4Community Team Hub, the NEW Twilio integration allows staff to "Send App Push Notification" (SMS / text) to all residents with a valid mobile phone number listed in K4, increasing reach and communication with residents so they never miss important news.

New Integration: Workday

The NEW Workday integration automates staff census tracking and keeps staff data and directories up to date. A centralized, reliable source for staff information that syncs automatically across K4 and connected systems, ensuring consistent and accurate data while reducing duplicate entries.
